We are looking for an well seasoned and exceptional professional to run all aspects of our center in the Westchester, NY area wearing the "Designated Manager" title.
Ideal candidates possess a hard working "hustler mentality," a team oriented attitude who can work with all personality types, and someone who is DRIVEN to be SUCCESSFUL by any means necessary. The ability to give and take constructive criticism, be open to daily coaching and ongoing training is an absolute must.

4+ years sales experience
4+ years management experience
Ability to impact center culture and maintain a POSITIVE morale
Ability to drive sales through employee coaching, evaluation and re-staffing
Ability to attain company goals and impact profitability
Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and respectfully
Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency)
High sense of urgency and great time management
Driver's License, Clean Record, and Reliable Transportation
