Store Manager (Salon) - European Wax Center

We are looking for an well seasoned and exceptional professional to run all aspects of our center in the Westchester, NY area wearing the "Designated Manager" title.

Ideal candidates possess a hard working "hustler mentality," a team oriented attitude who can work with all personality types, and someone who is DRIVEN to be SUCCESSFUL by any means necessary. The ability to give and take constructive criticism, be open to daily coaching and ongoing training is an absolute must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 4+ years management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Ability to impact center culture and maintain a POSITIVE morale
  • Ability to drive sales through employee coaching, evaluation and re-staffing
  • Ability to attain company goals and impact profitability
  • Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and respectfully
  • Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency)
  • High sense of urgency and great time management 
  • Driver's License, Clean Record, and Reliable Transportation

  • Recruit, train and retain front desk associates and aestheticians 
  • Terminate employees
  • Document all employee related violations/standards & goals not met
  • Coach performance through available metrics and encourage associate professional growth through achievement
  • Set goals with leadership for individuals and teams focusing on sales growth and profitability
  • Maximize location efficiency through proper scheduling 
  • Oversee and resolve escalated guest issues
  • Manage attendance and punctuality
  • Facilitating team meetings and participating in conference calls with regional team, general manager and owner
  • Implement and execute systems and process consistent with a high performing franchise location
  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities and adjust direction when necessary
  • Organize outreach and marketing events
  • Take inventory and make bank deposits
  • Se the example by looking, acting, and being the part
